Battling with cancer is a scary place. I understand why her friends tried to help, but also understood her battle to find peace and dignity. I am glad that she found a place where she felt safe and cared for. I can’t imagine going through the pain and anguish she must have felt before passing.

I'm not usually interested in short reads, but the author did a great job at developing the story. And I'm happy the story didn't follow an overused formula. Great read.
I enjoyed the story. I could not wait for the ending. A happy ending for a potentially very sad story.
What was this? I am still trying to figure this one out.
This short story is the first work I've read of Jennifer Loren, and I am anxious to read more of her works!! I HIGHLY recommend this read!!

Adeline's opening paragraphs fully commanded my attention and imagination. Her story via the author's excellent and personable writing made me feel like I was a part of Adeline, experiencing her character from close to her heart. At no point did the author lose my interest by wandering from the storyline. The need for sleep interrupted my reading pleasure, but re-engaging in the story was like being back in my comfy chair. Thank you, Jennifer Loren, for a story well-written! Now to ponder a new read. "Finding Ava" it shall be!!
This was a good short story. Much different than anything I've ever read but it definitely kept my attention. Worth the read.
I wish I could do what the heroine does So my life will have meaning and ms won't win. Thanks
What an ultra sweet book. It makes one think what IF there was such a thing that happens to authors/writers? My heart raced when "Nick" made a cameo (I like to think the author was putting some of her characters from her other books in here). Thanks for this free book it was a short read but it was still wonderful.
